Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview:

GSE is looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of E-Commerce Sales to lead our subscription-based sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and proven experience in driving revenue growth in the e-commerce domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the e-commerce sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Develop and execute strategies for subscription-based sales growth

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the e-commerce space

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and optimize conversion rates

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Train, mentor, and guide the sales team for improved performance

Ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer onboarding

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Expertise in E-Commerce sales and subscription models

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset

Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce sales or subscription sales

Experience in managing or leading a sales team preferred

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
