Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online sales across platforms like Amazon. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling product listings, order management, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon.
• Create & optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images)
• Handle inventory, pricing, and order processing
• Monitor ads (PPC campaigns) and improve ROI
• Analyze sales data & improve performance
• Handle customer queries & returns management
• Coordinate with warehouse & dispatch team

Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce platforms (Amazon)
• Basic knowledge of SEO & digital marketing
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel / inventory management
• Experience in PPC Ads (preferred)
