Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive (Junior)

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience level: 0–2 years in ecommerce operations, marketplaces, or digital marketing. Freshers with strong learning aptitude welcome.
• Technical skills:
• Comfortable navigating multiple online dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify admin, Google Ads/Meta Ads Manager view mode).
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data entry, reporting, and basic analysis (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, simple formulas).
• Basic image editing (Canva/Crop tools) for listing thumbnails.
• Platform exposure: Hands-on with at least one major Indian marketplace (Amazon/Flipkart preferred). Shopify experience a plus.
• Data handling: Can download/export reports from seller panels and organise into clean sheets without errors.

Education & Background

• Graduation: Any stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc preferred) – ecommerce interest/skills more important than degree.
• Certifications (bonus):
• Amazon Seller Certification, Google Analytics, Google Ads fundamentals.
• Digital marketing or ecommerce courses from Udemy/Coursera.

• Process-driven: Comfortable following checklists and SOPs consistently.
• Good written English: Can write/edit basic product descriptions, customer replies, internal reports.
• Ownership: Updates task status, logs issues proactively, doesn't wait for reminders.
• Calm under pressure: Handles multiple platform notifications without panic.
• Fast learner: Picks up new panels/tools within 1–2 weeks.

Must-Have Soft SkillsReliable with deadlines (90%+ tasks on time).

• Clear communication (WhatsApp updates, emails to CS/warehouse).
• Basic problem-solving (e.g., "listing suppressed due to missing attribute – fix it").
• Team player (coordinates with warehouse for stock issues, CS for complaints).
