Job Overview

IIIEM is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to guide prospective students and professionals interested in Export–Import training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling leads, converting inquiries into enrollments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and professionals about Export–Import training programs

Handle incoming leads via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Follow up with prospective clients and close enrollments

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions

Coordinate with the marketing and training teams

Provide excellent customer service before and after enrollment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented mindset with good convincing ability

Basic knowledge or interest in Export–Import business (training will be provided)

Ability to handle objections and close sales

Good negotiation and presentation skills

Comfortable working with targets

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus)

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

Job Details

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
