Job Summary

GFE is looking for a highly experienced Head of Visa Department to lead visa sales, counselling, and processing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of visa regulations, and a proven ability to manage teams while ensuring high success and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Head and manage the complete Visa Department operations

Oversee visa sales, counselling, and end-to-end visa processing

Provide expert visa counselling to clients for multiple countries

Handle complex visa cases, rejections, and appeals

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets

Monitor and improve counsellor and processing team performance

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with embassy guidelines

Train, mentor, and evaluate visa counsellors and processing staff

Coordinate with embassies, VFS, and other visa service providers

Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service quality

Prepare departmental reports and performance analysis for management

Required Skills & Competencies

Comprehensive knowledge of visa regulations, documentation, and processes

Strong sales, counselling, and client conversion skills

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure and time-sensitive cases

Strategic planning and target-oriented mindset

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in visa sales, counselling, and processing

Prior experience as Visa Manager / Team Lead / Department Head preferred

Graduate or equivalent qualification
