Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and goal-orientated Admission Counsellor/Education Sales Executive to drive student admissions and promote UKIC’s offline coaching programmes and online courses. This role involves field activities, student counselling, and lead conversion across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets assigned by the Sales Head.

• Conduct fieldwork including canopy activities, events, school and college visits for lead generation.

• Promote and sell UKIC’s offline training programs and online courses.

• Handle student and parent enquiries professionally through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.

• Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow ups.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Support marketing, promotional campaigns, and education events as required.
