Electrical Technician

We are looking for two (2) skilled Electrical Wiring Technicians to join our production team. The successful candidates will handle the complete electrical wiring and integration of our core products, including Digital DEF Dispensers and Smart DEF Making Machines. This role involves precise wiring, fault diagnosis, and component soldering to ensure our machines operate flawlessly.

• Key Responsibilities
• Machine Wiring: Execute complete wiring for "Smart DEF Making Machines" and dispensers, connecting components such as pumps, flow meters, sensors, and display units.
• Control Panel Assembly: Assemble and wire electrical control panels/switchboards for automatic plants, ensuring neat cable management and correct termination.
• Fault Finding: troubleshoot electrical issues in new assemblies or returned units; diagnose circuit faults using multimeters and other testing tools.
• Soldering: Perform light soldering work for PCB connections, LED indicators, or specific sensor terminations as required.
• Testing: Conduct electrical safety checks and functional testing of the dispensers (e.g., verifying 220V AC / 12V DC systems) before final quality approval.
• Work Schedule
• Working Days: 6 Days a week
• Weekly Off: Tuesdays (Fixed off)

• Qualifications
• Education: ITI in Electrician/Wireman, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Prior experience of atleast 2 years in control panel wiring, machine wiring, or industrial electrical troubleshooting is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams, proficiency with soldering iron and multimeter, and attention to detail.
