Electrical Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment and systems at client locations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the flexibility to travel as per service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  Install and commission equipment/systems at customer sites as per company standards.

  Perform regular servicing, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.

  Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.

  Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex issue resolution.

  Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation.

  Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage and basic maintenance.

  Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service delivery.

  Travel to client locations (as required) for on-site support, sometimes at short notice.

Requirements:

  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

  Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  Willingness to travel frequently as per job requirements.

Preferred:

  Experience in servicing industrial, medical, or electronic equipment.

  Familiarity with service documentation and reporting tools.

  Knowledge of safety protocols and on-site compliance.

Candidates having experience as in CNC, Lathe machine are preferred.

Note - Hindi language is mandate.

2 wheeler license is also mandate.
