Job Description: Enterprise Sales & Operations Manager
Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales & designer team, developing strategic plans to expand our customer base, and ensuring smooth operational processes to support sales activities. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience of operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, Train & motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional development.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
5. Operational Efficiency: Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to optimize sales operations.
6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics. Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
7. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions while maximizing revenue potential.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate the sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is typically ranging from INR 35,000 to INR 50,000 Per Month, with the potential for performance-based bonuses and incentives. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
