Job Description
Handling environmental legal matters and compliance
• Preparation and scrutiny of EC/CTE/CTO applications
• Reply to SEAC/SEIAA/GPCB queries and MOM compliance
• Preparation and capable to deliver presentations to SEAC team
• Liaison with regulatory authorities (MoEF&CC, SEIAA, GPCB, etc.)
• Drafting affidavits, clarification notes, and legal documentation
• Knowledge of EIA Notification, EPA Act and allied rules
Qualification:
• B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or relevant discipline
Preferred Skills:
• Strong drafting and interpretation of environmental laws
• Experience in mining / infrastructure / industrial projects
• Good communication and documentation skills
