Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Execution: Placing buy/sell orders (market, limit, stop-loss) on behalf of clients in a timely and error-free manner. 

Client Servicing: Receiving client calls, offering market insights, explaining trade details, managing P&L, and sending reports. 

Investment Advice: Providing recommendations on investment strategies and helping clients meet their financial goals. 

Portfolio Management: Keeping track of client portfolios, ensuring they align with investment objectives. 

Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring all trades adhere to regulations and maintaining accurate transaction records. 

Client Acquisition: Activating dormant accounts, processing account opening forms, and handling KYC. 

Essential Skills:

Strong understanding of stock market dynamics, financial instruments, and technical analysis.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Analytical and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution.
