Event Planner / Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to manage, coordinate and execute events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, on-site management, and ensuring successful event delivery that meets client expectations. Key Responsibilities:  Understand client requirements and event objectives  Plan event themes, concepts, schedules, and layouts  Identify and negotiate with vendors (venue, catering, production, entertainment, logistics, etc.)  Manage event budgets and timelines  Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and costings  Oversee event production, setup, execution, and breakdown  Coordinate internal teams including production, creative, logistics, and operations  Manage permits, licenses, and venue logistics (if required)  Ensure high service standards and event quality delivery  Resolve issues on event day and provide real-time problem solving  Conduct post-event review and documentation Skills & Qualifications:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Creative thinking and visual planning ability  Excellent organizational and time management skills  Ability to multitask and handle deadlines  Negotiation and vendor management skills  Knowledge of production, AV, and event logistics (advantage)  Proficiency in MS Office (PPT/Excel), event planning tools/software (optional)  Experience in corporate events, MICE, exhibitions, weddings, social events, or brand activations preferred Education & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)  Min. 1–3 years of experience in event planning/coordination (Fresher can apply for junior roles) Job Type:  Full-time (with travel as per project requirement) Work Environment:  On-site + Field + Office coordination  Ability to work weekends/extended hours during events
