Event Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their event requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present event proposals, quotations, and customized packages.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
• Manage end-to-end communication with clients—from inquiry to event completion.
