Experience Required:Minimum 10 years of experience only in the hospitality industry

• Job Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and oversee daily kitchen operations
• Create and manage menus while maintaining food quality and consistency
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed
• Manage kitchen staff, duty schedules, and training
• Control food cost, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Maintain high standards of presentation and taste
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
• Key Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chef in hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments
• Strong knowledge of Indian and/or multi-cuisine (add if needed)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage large-scale operations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen compliance
