Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Location : Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : Fixed Salary + incentives 

Job Timings : 4:00am to 1:00pm

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be responsible to deal with international Clientele on calls and emails.
- Need to resolve the issues and queries of customers
- Need to assist customer as and when needed.
Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters (Sales/Marketing/Engineering/ Commerce / Management)
- Fresher or Experienced candidates
- Excellent English fluency is mandatory
- Strong customer service focus is required.
- Excellent telephone etiquettes.
