Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling export documentation and coordination with logistics partners 

- Communicating with international clients and agents 

- Ensuring compliance with export-import regulations and customs procedures 

- Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers 

- Assisting in negotiation of terms with overseas buyers 

- Monitoring shipment schedules and ensuring timely deliveries 

- Maintaining export-related records and reports 

- Coordinating with internal departments for smooth order execution
