Job Title: F & B Cost Controller

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F & B Controller to manage and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure effective cost control, minimize wastage, and support management with accurate financial insights.

• Key Responsibilities Monitor and control food and beverage costs to meet budgeted targets
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
• Conduct inventory checks and reconcile stock variances
• Analyze consumption patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with kitchen, stores, and purchasing teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
• Verify supplier invoices and maintain accurate documentation
• Requirements Graduate in Commerce, Hotel Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in F & B cost control
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and costing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software
• Good analytical and communication skills
