Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Fabrication WorkRead and interpret technical drawings / blueprints
  • Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and welding of metal parts
  • Assemble components using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Ensure correct dimensions, alignment, and finishing
  • 2. Machine & Tool HandlingOperate machines like:
  • Cutting machine
  • Welding machine (Arc / MIG / TIG)
  • Grinder
  • Drill machine
  • Maintain tools and ensure proper usage
  • 3. Quality ControlCheck finished products against drawings/specifications
  • Ensure minimum defects and rework
  • Report deviations to supervisor
  • 4. Safety ComplianceFollow all safety guidelines and PPE usage
  • Maintain clean and safe working area
  • Prevent accidents and hazards
  • 5. CoordinationWork closely with:
  • Supervisors
  • Welders
  • Helpers / Fitters
  • Support production targets and deadlines
