Job Title: Fabricator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish materials according to technical drawings and specifications. The Fabricator will work with metal (or other materials as required) to produce high-quality components and structures while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders

Measure, cut, bend, and shape materials using hand tools and machines

Assemble fabricated parts using welding, bolting, or fastening techniques

Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, drills, shears, and presses

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

Follow workplace safety rules and procedures

Work with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

Required Skills

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Strong measuring and math skills

Knowledge of fabrication tools and machinery

Attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

12th pass, diploma or ITI

Prior experience as a Fabricator or in a related trade (preferred)
