Facility Manager

About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to take ownership of our workplace environment and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations across all facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong eye for detail, cost optimization, and team coordination.


Key Responsibilities

🔧 Facility Operations & Maintenance

Oversee end-to-end maintenance of office infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and routine inspections

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Develop and implement facility management policies and SOPs


🤝 Vendor & Contract Management

Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors (security, housekeeping, maintenance, waste management)

Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards


💰 Budget & Cost Control

Prepare and manage facility budgets

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality

Track expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources


🏢 Space Planning & Workplace Management

Optimize office space utilization and seating arrangements

Coordinate office moves, expansions, and renovations


⚠️ Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations

Implement safety policies, conduct audits, and drive awareness programs


🔐 Security Management

Supervise security systems and personnel

Establish protocols to safeguard employees, visitors, and company assets


Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

0-2 years of experience in facility management or similar role

Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations

Proven experience in budgeting and cost control

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in facility management tools/software

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
