Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage day-to-day operations of a residential society. The candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping and security staff, handling society members’ issues, monitoring CCTV systems, coordinating maintenance work, and ensuring smooth functioning of the society.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the residential society

• Supervise housekeeping and security teams

• Handle residents’ complaints and resolve issues

• Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure security protocols

• Coordinate with maintenance vendors (electrical, plumbing, lift, etc.)

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the society

• Draft and circulate notices to society members

• Maintain records, reports, and staff attendance

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle staff and resolve conflicts

• Knowledge of facility operations and safety systems

• Basic computer and reporting skills

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Facility / Society Management

• Graduate preferred (any stream)

• Experience in residential society or township will be an advantage
