Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and business-savvy Fashion Designer cum Business Manager to lead creative design and strategic operations. You will be responsible for designing collections, managing client relations, driving business growth, and ensuring brand consistency across offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Direction:

Design seasonal collections and concepts tailored for kids' fashion (0-12 years)

Conduct market research and trend forecasting to stay ahead in kids’ fashion

Collaborate with illustrators, fabric suppliers, and production partners

Develop mood boards, tech packs, and prototype samples

Business & Brand Management:

Oversee day-to-day business operations and team coordination

Manage client relationships, consultations, and styling services

Lead marketing initiatives and brand collaborations

Track budgets, sales targets, and performance metrics

Drive growth strategy across digital and offline platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Apparel Merchandising or equivalent

3+ years of experience in kidswear design and/or fashion business

Strong aesthetic sense with knowledge of children’s fashion trends

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Tech Pack creation, and CADs

Business acumen with experience in sales, marketing, or operations

Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills

Preferred:

Prior experience in a kidswear brand or boutique consultancy

Social media and e-commerce experience
