Role Overview

As a Stylist Expert at Virgio, you are the heartbeat of our physical space. You don't just "work"

in the store; you inhabit it. We are looking for individuals who serve as Style Catalysts—people

who can style themselves in Virgio’s latest conscious collections to inspire every customer who

walks through the door. You will bridge the gap between our tech-driven app experience and the

tactile, high-energy world of sustainable retail.

Key Responsibilities

1. The Style Catalyst (Brand Presence)

● Live Styling: Curate and wear a "Look of the Day" from current Virgio collections that

showcases versatility, fit, and the brand’s aesthetic.

● Visual Storytelling: Move through the store with confidence, demonstrating how fabrics

drape, move, and layer, effectively acting as a 3D inspiration board for customers.

● Content Creation: Occasionally collaborate with the social media team to film "Get

Ready With Me" (GRWM) or "Store Walkthrough" snippets for Virgio’s Instagram and

TikTok/Reels.

2. Stylist Expert (Consultative Selling)

● Personalized Curation: Conduct 1-on-1 styling sessions, helping customers choose

pieces that flatter their body type while aligning with their personal style.

● Sustainability Education: Act as an expert on our "Conscious Fabrics." Explain the

lifecycle of the garment, from ethical sourcing to its circularity potential.

● Mix-and-Match Mastery: Build complete head-to-toe looks (including accessories) to

increase the Average Order Value (AOV) through genuine style advice rather than "hard

selling."

3. Retail Excellence & Tech Integration● Hybrid Shopping: Assist customers in using the Virgio app in-store to check for sizes,

scan QR codes for product stories, or arrange for "Ship-from-Store" deliveries.

● Inventory Curation: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards. Ensure the

floor reflects the latest "drops" and that the Style Catalyst aesthetic is echoed in the

static displays.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Fashion DNA: 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, personal styling, or visual

merchandising.

● The "Virgio" Vibe: A strong personal style that resonates with Gen-Z and Millennial

trends (GenConscious).

● Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you must be able to talk about

"carbon footprints" as easily as you talk about "cargo pants."

● Body Positivity: A deep understanding of how to style diverse body types with empathy

and flair.

● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems and mobile apps to enhance the

customer journey.
