Female Sales Executive

·      Handle real-estate inquiries through calls, walk-ins, site visits, and online leads

·      Explain project details such as location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines

·      Conduct and coordinate site visits with prospective clients

·      Regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into bookings

·      Negotiate and close property deals as per company guidelines

·      Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for booking formalities

·      Maintain daily sales follow-up data, client records, and MIS reports

·      Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets

·      Provide after-sales support till agreement registration and handover
