Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services and generate interest.

•            Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining a consistent communication flow with prospects.

•            Qualify leads and direct them to the sales team as appropriate.

•            Manage lead generation across multiple channels.

•            Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the system.

•            Achieve daily, weekly & monthly call targets and contribute to team goals.

•            Provide feedback to improve scripts, strategies, and lead qualification processes
