Field Executive

Job Title: Tours & Travels Partner & Driver Onboarding Executive – MB CABS

MB CABS is hiring a Field Executive to onboard Tours & Travels partners (who manage multiple vehicles and drivers) and individual commercial drivers to our cab booking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet Tours & Travels owners with active cab networks

• Explain MB CABS partnership and earning model

• Register partners and activate their drivers

• Onboard individual commercial drivers

• Complete document verification and registration process

• Achieve monthly onboarding targets

• Maintain strong local business relationships

Requirements:

• Must have own bike and smartphone

• Gujarati/Hindi communication required

• Field sales or marketing experience preferred

• Target-oriented and confident personality
