Field Executive

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our Merchant Acquisition team. The role involves onboarding merchants, selling POS machines & sound boxes, and driving adoption of digital payment solutions in assigned markets.

What you will do

• Identify and acquire new merchants for POS machines and sound box solutions in the assigned territory.
• Pitch and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to merchants.
• Build strong relationships with shopkeepers, SMEs, and local businesses to drive adoption.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for merchant acquisition and product installations.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC collection during merchant onboarding.
• Provide post-sales support to merchants for smooth installation and usage of devices.
• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and cold calling.
• Share competitor insights, customer feedback, and market updates with the team.

What you will need

• Prior experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, FMCG, telecom, or fintech sales preferred.
• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport with merchants and small business owners.
• Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
• Basic understanding of POS / QR / sound box / digital payments (preferred).
• Comfort with field work and willingness to travel locally.
