  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Government Liaisoning & Field CoordinationVisit AMC, AUDA, LUC, Town Planning, Estate, Drainage, Water, and other relevant government departments for submissions, follow-ups, and clarification.
  • Track file movement, approval stages, and documentation requirements.
  • Submit applications, collect notices, approvals, challans, and other documents.
  • Maintain good working relationships with officers and staff in government departments.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending files and escalate issues when needed.
  • 2. Internal CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams (liaisoning team, architects, admin, accounts, project managers) for required documents and updates.
  • Update internal staff about file status, approval timelines, and any additional requirements.
  • Assist in preparing documents before submission.
  • 3. Documentation & ReportingEnsure all documents are properly arranged, scanned, and submitted as per the authority’s checklist.
  • Maintain records of submissions, receipts, challans, and follow-up notes.
  • Prepare daily activity reports and share with the reporting manager.
  • 4. Client Interaction (When Required)Communicate basic updates to clients about application progress.
  • Collect required documents from clients if needed.
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesGood communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and Basic English.
  • Strong understanding of AMC / AUDA processes (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain relationships with government officials.
  • Basic knowledge of documentation, scanning, and filing.
  • Time management, follow-up skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Two-wheeler driving license (Mandatory).


Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any field).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in government liaisoning, field work, or documentation roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
