Job Description
Job Title: Field Executive – Rapido Captain Onboarding
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹20,893 + ₹4,000 Incentive
Working Days: 25 Days
Role:
Field-based job to onboard new captains ( riders) for Rapido.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential captains
- Explain Rapido benefits and process
- Complete onboarding & document collection
- Achieve daily onboarding target of 6 captains
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass or above
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with field work & travel
