Repair-it is looking for a street-smart, reliable, and growth-driven Field Operations Executive who can handle:

Garage partner onboarding

Local sales & marketing

Vehicle pick-up & drop operations

Basic service validation to prevent customer overcharging

This is a high-ownership field role ideal for candidates who enjoy mobility, people interaction, and the automotive ecosystem.

Partner Onboarding & Account Management

Identify and visit potential car & bike garages in the assigned territory

Pitch and onboard garages onto the Repair-it platform

Ensure complete and attractive garage profile setup

Help partners create and update service menu (services, pricing, categories)

Clearly explain Repair-it business model including:

Service quality standards

Customer experience expectations

Commission structure on each order

One-time onboarding/listing fee (charged on first order)

Ensure partner agreement before going live

Train garage staff on using the Repair-it Partner App

Maintain ongoing relationship with On-boarded partners

Sales, Marketing & Brand Activation

Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and partner expansion

Execute offline marketing near On-boarded garages

Distribute flyers, place standees, and support local promotions

Promote Repair-it as a trusted smart servicing solution

Support hyperlocal brand visibility initiatives

Customer Service & Pick-Up / Drop Operations

Handle vehicle pick-up and drop from customer location to garage and back

Drive customer vehicles safely and professionally

Coordinate between customer and garage for smooth service flow

Verify basic service work to reduce chances of customer overcharging/scams

Update order status, pickup/drop, and service progress in the app

Assist in resolving basic operational issues

Ensure payment collections and confirmations are accurate and timely

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Field Operations / Auto Service industry

Must be able to drive both bike and car

Valid driving licence is mandatory

Good communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with field work and targets

Basic understanding of vehicle servicing is preferred

Familiar with Google Maps and mobile apps

Self-driven and disciplined personality
