Job Description

Eligibility Criteria-


  • Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and on-site client interactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a service-oriented approach
  • Prior experience in Help Desk Support, Technical Support (Tech/Non-Tech), or Software Support is required
  • Mandatory ownership of a 2-wheeler and a laptop
  • Proficiency in the local language is essential


Roles & Responsibilities—


  • Visit and engage with restaurant partners at their locations
  • Deliver prompt and effective on-site customer and technical support
  • Install, configure, and deploy POS software on client systems/devices
  • Conduct product training sessions and guide clients on best usage practices
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical errors and system issues efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Research, analyze, and implement solutions for software and basic hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges, including account setup, system configurations, and network issues
  • Ask targeted, insightful questions to quickly identify root causes
  • Communicate with clients via field visits, phone, email, or chat until complete issue resolution
  • Ensure accurate documentation and logging of all support cases


Technical Expertise & Experience—


  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
  • Hands-on exposure to Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related technologies
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop and remote support tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Capability to provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance (both written and verbal)
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies will be an added advantage
