Field Marketing Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute

• on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, mall activations, society visits, college campaigns, and sampling activities
• Generate leads and customer interactions through field engagement
• Distribute marketing collaterals including flyers, brochures, standees, and branding materials
• Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and local partners
• Collect market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information
• Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all field activities
• Support events, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Maintain daily activity reports, lead data, and photo documentation
• Assist sales teams with qualified leads and follow-ups
• Handle permissions, logistics, and manpower coordination when required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, mobility, and willingness to work outdoors
• Ability to engage and convince customers face-to-face
• Good coordination, planning, and reporting skills
• Comfortable with targets, field pressure, and flexible working hours
• Basic knowledge of marketing and lead generation
• Preferred BackgroundExperience in field marketing, activations, BTL, or sales support
• Knowledge of local areas, societies, colleges, and marketplaces
• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
• Two-wheeler preferred
