Job Description

  • Job Title: Field OfficerDepartment: Operations / Facility Management / SecurityReports To: Operations Manager / Area ManagerKey Responsibilities1. Site SupervisionVisit assigned sites regularly (daily/weekly)
  • Ensure deployment of security guards / housekeeping staff as per contract
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of staff
  • 2. Quality ControlEnsure services meet client standards and SLA requirements
  • Conduct routine inspections (cleanliness, security protocols, safety)
  • Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
  • 3. Client CoordinationAct as the first point of contact for clients at site level
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • 4. Staff ManagementBrief and train guards / housekeeping staff on duties
  • Handle staff issues, grievances, and replacements
  • Ensure proper grooming and uniform compliance
  • 5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily/weekly reports of site visits
  • Record incidents, complaints, and actions taken
  • Ensure proper documentation (attendance, registers, checklists)
  • 6. Compliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
  • Monitor safety practices and emergency readiness
  • Conduct surprise checks and audits
  • 7. Logistics & CoordinationManage manpower allocation and shift adjustments
  • Coordinate for materials, uniforms, and equipment supply
  • Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong observation and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
  • Leadership and team handling skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • QualificationsGraduate / Diploma (preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in facility management or security services
  • Ex-servicemen preferred (optional)
  • Working ConditionsField-based role (extensive travel between sites)
