Field Recruiter

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and target-driven recruiter responsible for bulk hiring of blue-collar workforce such as delivery boys, warehouse staff, loaders, helpers, and field executives.

The role involves both field sourcing and telephonic screening to meet daily/weekly hiring targets.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through field visits, local areas, job camps, and references
• Conduct bulk hiring drives for blue-collar roles
• Screen candidates via calls and face-to-face interaction
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Ensure daily joining targets are achieved
• Maintain candidate database and update records regularly
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)
• Build strong pipeline for urgent and mass hiring requirements
• Travel locally for hiring campaigns and field activities
