Job Profile: Recruitment Executive - Field Recruiter II Field HR Executive

Location : Ahmedabad

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 to 4

Salary : 15000 to 18000 + Incentive

Industries: Recruitment & Staffing

Responsibilities

·      Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy

·      Responsible for END to END Recruitment

·      Research into clients company, competitors and market place

·      Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process

·      Network and build long-lasting client relationships

·      Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)

·      Research and develop recruiting leads

·      Update current and design new recruiting procedures

·      Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

·      Implement new sourcing methods

·      Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Requirements

·      Proven working experience in recruiting

·      Deep understanding of recruitment processes & Industries

·      Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods

·      Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

·      Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)

·      Client focus along with relationship building skills

·      Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

Other Details:

Working Days: 6 Days: Monday to Saturday

Week off – Sunday

Holiday: As per the Company & Govt.

Leave – 2 Month after the Probation

Leave - +2 on the Business of 85%

Incentive: Performance – up to 30 % of Annual Salary
