About the Role:

We are looking for a Field Recruiter Executive who will help us find and hire suitable candidates for various job openings. You’ll visit local areas, job fairs, training centers, and communities to meet people, explain job opportunities, and guide them through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit different locations to meet and talk to potential job seekers
• Share details about available jobs and help candidates understand the roles
• Collect candidate documents and basic information
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Coordinate with the internal team and update records regularly
• Help in onboarding selected candidates

Who Can Apply:

• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Comfortable traveling locally across Ahmedabad
• Friendly personality and willing to meet new people daily
• Basic computer knowledge
