Field Recruiter

The Field Recruiter is responsible for on-ground manpower hiring and coordination for client requirements. The role involves sourcing blue-collar candidates from local areas, labor nakas, sites, hostels, factories, and referrals. The recruiter conducts basic screening, explains job roles, salary, duty hours, and company policies to candidates. They collect and verify documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and photographs. The role includes coordinating candidate joining, reporting at client sites, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The Field Recruiter regularly follows up on attendance, handles replacements in case of absenteeism, and supports workforce retention. Daily hiring updates and reports are shared with the office team. The role also requires close coordination with site supervisors, HR, and operations teams and involves frequent travel within assigned locations.
