Field Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Recruiter to handle on-ground hiring activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates (especially delivery riders/blue-collar workforce) through field visits and local recruitment drives.

Field recruiters act as the “face of the company” and directly connect with candidates in local areas, job fairs, and communities

Key Responsibilities

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field hiring activities in areas like labour markets, societies, hostels, and hotspots
• Source candidates through direct visits, referrals, and local networks
• Explain job roles, salary, incentives, and company policies clearly
• Perform initial screening and document collection
• Coordinate candidates for interviews, joining, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/database
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets
• Maintain daily reports and recruitment data
• Work closely with operations team to fulfill manpower requirements

Field recruiters typically source candidates, screen them, and manage the hiring pipeline end-to-end.
