Job Summary
As a B2C Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our brand, directly engaging with consumers to drive revenue and build lasting relationships. You’ll identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions
2. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients
3. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales service
7. Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies to stay ahead
8. Provide regular feedback and reports on customer needs and sales performance
9. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
10. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g.Zoho)
