Job Description

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for LED downlights, COB lights, panels, floodlights, and related lighting accessories in the assigned territory.
  • Develop new business for Shine Electech by building and nurturing relationships with builders, architects, contractors, OEMs, distributors, retail partners, and other channel partners.
  • Generate and manage leads, visit project sites and commercial spaces, explain product specifications and performance benefits, understand lighting application requirements, and submit technical offers/enquiries/quotations for approval.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners and key accounts to improve conversion, secure repeat orders, and minimize enquiry drop-offs.
  • Promote and cross-sell the full range of Shine Electech LED lighting products and customized solutions as per space, style, energy, and project-specific requirements.
  • Update visits, leads, enquiries, and order status in prescribed formats/CRM and share basic sales MIS (visits, enquiries, orders, collections) with the reporting manager.
  • Represent Shine Electech professionally during site visits, contractor meets, and lighting trade events to strengthen brand visibility and customer relationships.
