- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, target, and acquire new clients in the valuable cargo logistics sector.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote logistics solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored logistics and transportation solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Market Intelligence & ReportingConduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Monitor customer feedback and market dynamics to improve service offerings.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Negotiation & CoordinationNegotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to ensure profitable deals.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to develop competitive proposals.
