Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, executing marketing activities, and ensuring timely payment recovery from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.

• Promote paint products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional buyers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and resolve any post-sales issues.

• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.

• Plan and execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and trade events.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and share regular MIS with the management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

•1+ years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the paint or building materials sector.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of local market dynamics and willingness to travel.
