Job Description

1. Territory Sales Management

  • Visit distributors, dealers, and industrial clients regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and end users.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical information about Groz tools.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

3. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, workshops, and engineering units.
  • Convert leads into long-term customers through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

4. Order Management

  • Collect and process customer orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Track payment collections and ensure timely payments.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.

6. Reporting

  • Maintain daily sales reports and visit reports.
  • Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activities.
