Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
- Sales Presentations: Demonstrating products or services, conducting meetings, and delivering tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close sales, acting as the bridge between client needs and company goals.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining accurate client data, sales activity, and performance reports within CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Working against daily, weekly, or monthly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant field.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
