💼 Role Type: 100% Field Sales

💰 Salary:

* ₹27,500 Fixed per month

* ₹7,500 Variable per month (target based)

🎯 Eligibility:

* Minimum 6 months experience in Field / B2B Sales

* Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Stream)

* Age: Up to 36 Years

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve field sales targets through client meetings & demos

* Build strong client relationships and close deals

* Mentor and guide sales representatives

* Conduct joint field visits and give real-time feedback

* Track team performance and improve sales results

🧠 Required Skills:

* B2B Sales & New Client Acquisition

* Strong communication & negotiation skills

* Cold calling and field sales experience

* Leadership and mentoring ability
