Role Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing field visits, explaining our platform and subscription plans, and closing B2B sales. This role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to potential clients (manufacturers, exporters, suppliers, traders)
• Present Orex Trade World services, platform benefits, and subscription plans
• Generate leads and convert them into paying customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Update customer details, follow-ups, and sales status in CRM
• Share market feedback and competitor insights with management
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in face-to-face sales meetings
• Ability to understand B2B business needs
• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Willingness to travel locally for field work

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or service sales
• Background in trade, logistics, export-import, SaaS, or subscription-based services
• Local market knowledge and business contacts (added advantage)
