Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our solar products and services. Your knowledge of the solar industry, coupled with your sales expertise, will drive our business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the solar energy sector.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their solar needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic panels, inverters, battery storage, and related technologies.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of solar solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for solar installations.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and technological advancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in solar sales or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems and components.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in solar energy are a plus).
