Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying new business opportunities through research and outreach to key decision-makers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Managing the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Presentations & Negotiations: Delivering compelling, tailored sales presentations and negotiating contracts/terms.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams (marketing, product) to deliver solutions that address client needs.
