FIELD SALES

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1.Identify potential clients in the assigned region through field visits, market surveys, and references.

2.Approach prospects with product samples, and pricing details.

3.Understand client purchase cycles and plan visits accordingly.

4.Collect purchase orders

5.Record and maintain a list of approached and converted leads in the CRM system or sales tracker.

6.Visit existing clients regularly based on a planned visit schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

7.Check their satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify new requirements.

8.Submit orders to the internal sales or dispatch team within the same working day.

9.Coordinate with internal logistics, dispatch, or warehouse teams to track order status.

10.Regularly follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time delivery.

11.Share regular updates about offers, seasonal discounts, or service improvements

12.Conduct periodic satisfaction surveys or informal check-ins to improve service.
