Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell polycarbonate sheets and solutions to dealers, distributors, fabricators, and project customers

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new clients

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities

• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution

• Visit customer sites and provide basic product guidance when required

• Prepare sales reports and update CRM or sales records regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• Min.3 years of experience in sales, preferably in polycarbonate, plastic sheets, building materials, or industrial products

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
